Imza Machine manufactures conveyor belts according to CE principles and considering all types of human safety, as in all its productions.
Conveyors are produced in fixed or mobile types, according to the desired length, with widths of 400, 500, 600, 750, 900, 1000, and 1200 mm. Fixed-type conveyors are available in three different types: NPU profile, bending sheet chassis, or pipe construction.
Mobile belt conveyors are equipped with an endless screw and rope lifting system to adjust the belt angle. In addition, the transport convenience is provided by inflatable rubber wheels with mounted bearing housings on the legs.
A- NPU Profile Chassis: It is mainly used in conveyor belts with no or minimal incline, placed close to the ground and with short legs.
B- Bending Sheet Chassis: It is mainly used in long, wide, and high-capacity belt conveyors.
C- Pipe Chassis: It is mainly used in short stock belt conveyors.
While selecting the belt conveyor speed in Imza Machine's production, it is primarily based on the material capacity. However, a speed of 1.5 m/s is used for materials with a bulk density of 1.6 tons/m3. The motor powers used are provided in the table below (for an inclination angle of 18°).
