BODY
The entire upper body can be opened with the help of a hydraulic system during maintenance, so that all wearing parts are easily accessible. The same hydraulic system is also used in the adjustment of the distance between the break curtains and the rotor. Control of this entire hydraulic system is centralized, powered by a motorized pump. Optionally, this control system is also available with remote control.
ROTOR
The rotor body has an extremely durable construction. The rotor shaft is made of forged steel. Rotor discs are cast with special alloy. Rotoe is heat treated and stress relieved.
PALLETS
Crusher pallets have high resistance to breakage. These self-centering pallets are firmly fixed to the rotor body with special wedges. Tracks maintain their position in any wear condition.
BEDS
Roller bearings are monolithic special castings. Crusher pallets and disc group are fixed to the shaft with special clamping sleeves. There are shaft ends on both sides so that the belt and pulley system can be used on both sides of the breaker when necessary, so that it can be used on both sides. Heavy-duty spherical roller bearings are used for the rotor.
COLLISION PLATE LINER
The lower and upper impact plates are connected to fixed joints at their upper edges, their lower edges are free and are held by adjusting screws. The linings are manufactured from manganese casting material, as they can be inserted into the plate. Thus, almost all of the lining can be worn.
