Imza Machine produces vibrating screens classified according to different sizes. They can be manufactured as single, double, triple, or quadruple decks. Signature Machine aims to increase the screening capacity and quality, in addition to providing several advantages, with its top-driven vibrating screens.
The material being fed is accelerated towards the front as soon as it comes into contact with the back of the sieve, which causes a rapid decrease in the height of the material on the sieve surface, allowing for a homogeneous distribution of the material across the sieve surface again. During this process, the fine material rapidly passes downwards within the first meter, enabling the load in the most heavily loaded region of the sieve to quickly disperse and balance out.
Afterwards, the remaining material, which is close to the desired size and smaller, is effectively screened by being slowed down. The vibration system is designed to reach high speeds required for efficient screening and can be easily adjusted according to different conditions. It is also designed to allow for easy and quick replacement of malfunctioning parts when maintenance is required.
This practical system, which ensures effective oscillation, consists of twin vibration units, one on the right and one on the left, and an intermediate drive shaft that synchronizes these two vibrators and transfers power from one to the other. The assembly and disassembly of these vibrator units take only a few hours. If any of the modular vibrators needs to be replaced for any reason, you can either use a spare unit kept in your inventory or replace it with a spare unit available in Imza Machinery's stock. The vibrators are grease lubricated and can optionally be lubricated with an automatic lubrication system.
